Sumeet Urban Services (Chennai) (II & V) Pvt., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “SUS”, or “The Company” or “we” or “our” or “us” which term shall so far as the context admits be deemed to mean and include its permitted parents, successors and assigns and also include any other sister concerns and affiliates) operates the Urbaser Sumeet Website – www.urbasersumeet.com – including all its web applications and mobile apps (collectively, the “Website” or “Site”). The Website enables Citizens/Users (“Citizens”, “User”, or “you” and its grammatical variations) in the city of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, to raise public grievances/ complaints, submit feedback and request additional services (our “Services”) regarding the disposal of solid waste, littering of public spaces and solid waste management across the city of Chennai as part of our Greater Chennai Corporation Project.
This policy (“Privacy Policy”) governs how SUS collects, uses, shares, and protects the personal data/information disclosed by Citizens/Users in the course of their usage of the Website. Accordingly, you are advised to read this Privacy Policy carefully before accessing the Website. By visiting and/ or interacting with our Website, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy as they apply to you. If you do not agree with any of the terms contained in this Privacy Policy, please do not use or access our Website.
This Privacy Policy has been drafted as per applicable Indian data privacy laws and regulations.
